Excuse any glitches along the way, we're building this in real time, just like you
Swagatha and I sit down to talk about the practice that has changed both of our lives then she takes us through a guided Mahamantra chant. Get ready to experience the rhythm, the resonance, and the stillness mantras create in your life.
What you just felt is the beginning. Mantra interrupts negative thought patterns, activates the vagus nerve, and builds the kind of emotional stability that most people spend years looking for in other places. If you’re ready to go further, Swagatha’s work goes deeper into the practice and what it can do for your daily life.
Swagatha’s workshop takes you beyond the foundational Mahamantra practice and into the deeper world of mantra as a daily living tool. Here’s what she brings you through:
Swagatha Krishnan is a Bhakti Kirtan artist, devotional singer, and mantra practitioner based in Rishikesh, India, whose music has gathered a devoted following across the world. She spent fifteen years as a Tamil cinema playback singer before following the call of Mother Ganga to Rishikesh, where she dedicated her voice and her practice to Bhakti Yoga, kirtan, and devotional music. Her chants transcend language and geography and have been described as perfect for yoga practice, meditation, and simply filling your space with something that shifts the quality of the air. She is one of those people who makes you feel the practice before she explains it.
