Excuse any glitches along the way, we're building this in real time, just like you
Grief is bigger than most of us have been taught. It’s more than losing a loved one; grief takes many forms. This is an invitation to explore what that means for you.
What we carry doesn’t always announce itself clearly. It can show up as heaviness, as a pattern that keeps returning, as an emotion that surfaces when you least expect it. Even as anger, micromanagement, perfectionism or reaction you can’t quite explain. This workshop gives you a structured, supported way to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and help you move through it.
Maybe you’ve felt something you can’t quite name or haven’t been able to approach. Maybe you wouldn’t even call it ‘grief’. Maybe you’ve never taken the space you needed to sit with any of this shit. Wherever you find yourself, this work meets you there. Fariha has sat with thousands of people from all over the world, and has helped guide them through the depth of their unique experiences. And they can help you too.
The Grief Process is a series of short-form videos that help you understand and move through the stages of grief, explore your own emotional depth, and experiment with somatic practices to help recalibrate your nervous system into a higher expression of self. Fariha moves you through each stage with real depth and care, giving you space to explore whatever’s coming up, and tools to help you move through it. I worked with Fariha and what surfaced genuinely surprised me. Yes, for a minute I had to dive deeper into the shit, but afterward I was so fucking alive again. I want that for you too. Dive in.
Fariha is a writer first, which means they understand how to use language to help people locate what they’re feeling in ways that go deeper than most. Almost a decade of this work, all of it rooted in their own experience and healing journey. Their approach is thoughtful, decolonial, and genuinely unlike anything I’ve come across in this space. I took their course and I’d do it again. I think you’ll understand why the moment you start.
A series of short-form videos helping you understand how to move through the stages of grief. At each stage Fariha gives you a real understanding of what that stage looks like, prompts to help you locate what’s alive for you, and somatic support to help move whatever arises.
