Excuse any glitches along the way, we're building this in real time, just like you
The chapter made it clear that vocabulary isn’t passive. Every word carries weight. Consciously or unconsciously, these words hold meaning of what you may have inherited, absorbed or learned along the way. The good news? We can change that. This workshop is where you start speaking with intention.
This is an embodied transmission-style video workshop that bridges nervous system awareness, somatic practice, and conscious language work to help you understand what your words are actually doing and give you the tools to shift it. Geneviève takes you through the mechanics of how habitual language forms, where the charges come from, and how to interrupt the patterns both in body and mind.
There might be a charge that surfaces when someone mentions money, success, or a particular person’s name that you can’t quite explain. You might notice yourself reaching for words when you’re stressed that you know aren’t helping but come out anyway. If any of that sounds familiar, there’s probably a gap between the language you’re using and the direction you want to go. This workshop gives you the tools to close it.
An embodied video workshop where Geneviève opens with a transmission that unpacks the mechanics of how language shapes your nervous system and your reality before moving you through four practical tools you can use the same day. The exercises build on each other, so by the time you finish you’ve got a full framework, not just a single technique.
She approaches language through the body first, which makes this workshop different from anything that stays in the head. Twenty years of nervous system work, breathwork, and somatic practice means she understands how the charge of a word lands in the body before the mind has even caught up, and that’s exactly where this work needs to happen.
Geneviève Heartt Laquerre came into this work through a back injury that stopped her corporate trajectory and forced her to actually study herself. What followed was twenty years of training in yoga, breathwork, trauma healing, and nervous system regulation, all running alongside building companies and working with integrity-led founders across the world. She founded Naïa Embodied Life Alchemy in 2013 and has since built a practitioner training academy for somatic and breathwork teachers. The people who work closely with her tend to call her the Soul Whisperer, the kind of person who makes you feel like being more honest with yourself is not only possible, it’s the most natural next move.
