Excuse any glitches along the way, we're building this in real time, just like you
If you’re ready to do the work, these two courses take the shadow from something you understand intellectually into something you can sit with, speak to, and start to integrate.
Two beginner courses, each three hours, designed to be done in sequence. The shadow work course builds the foundation, a real relationship with the parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding. The mirror work course is where that relationship becomes a daily practice. Together they give you something most people spend years looking for outside themselves.
Think of it this way. If a child came to you and said there’s a monster under the bed, you wouldn’t tell them to get over it. You’d sit with them. You’d make sure they felt safe. You’d stay until the fear passed. Your shadow deserves exactly that kind of attention. If you’ve tried to clear, fix, or transcend the parts of yourself that feel difficult and found yourself back at square one, this is a different way in.
Shanti opens each course with teaching before moving you into practice, so nothing lands without context. In the shadow work course she guides you through recognising and approaching the hidden aspects of yourself, the parts that formed when you were young and afraid and had no other option, and helps you build genuine intimacy with them through specific exercises.
In the mirror work course she brings you into your own reflection and teaches you to meet yourself there, moving energy, working with the elements, and going deeper into the multidimensional layers of who you are.
Both courses run three hours and are designed to be worked through in sequence.
Her approach is what makes this different. She doesn’t ask you to clear your shadow or transcend it. She treats it with patience, devotion, and the willingness to keep showing up until trust is built. She’s been guiding people through this work since 2020, currently running a 12-week cohort with 550 women simultaneously, and she’s built a reputation as the kind of teacher who makes you more capable, not more dependent.
Sister Shanti is the Co-Founder and Dean of Magic at The Great Mystery School, where she has guided thousands of people through shadow work, mirror work, and astrological soul mapping since 2020. Her current 12-week mirror work cohort has 550 women moving through it simultaneously, which tells you everything about the impact of her approach. She’s an astrologer, trained in the Feminine Arts and intuitive perception, and the kind of teacher who points you back to yourself rather than making you dependent on her. The work she does is devotional, rigorous, and genuinely hard to find anywhere else.
