Grief is bigger than most of us have been taught. It’s more than losing a loved one; grief takes many forms. This is an invitation to explore what that means for you.

MEET YOUR TRAINER

Meet Fariha

Fariha Róisín is a multidisciplinary artist, author, grief worker, and death worker whose work has pioneered a refreshing and renewed conversation about wellness, contemporary Islam, and queer identities. They are the author of four books including the poetry collections How To Cure A Ghost and Survival Takes a Wild Imagination and the novel Like A Bird. Their writing has been featured in The New York Times, Al Jazeera, The Guardian, and Vogue. Almost a decade of this work, all of it rooted in their own lived experience and healing. I really respect their approach and I think you will too.

Take what opened up in that chapter and go somewhere real with it.
