Excuse any glitches along the way, we're building this in real time, just like you
The chapter laid out the territory. This is where you start learning to tell the difference between the what the self is thinking and your soul’s deeper knowing.
This is a video workshop for anyone who keeps looping in the same situations, the same relationships, the same reactions, and can’t quite work out why. This workshop gives you a framework and a felt-sense practice to start seeing where the fragmentation is happening and how to close the gap to become whole again.
There’s a version of this that you might recognise. Like you’ve been doing the work, showing up, building something, and underneath all of it there’s still this low-level friction you can’t quite locate. A pattern keeps surfacing in your relationships or your work that you can see well enough to be frustrated by but not clearly enough to interrupt. And at some point the noise gets loud enough that you stop mid-stride and wonder what you’re actually doing. That moment of recognition is the starting point. This workshop picks up right there.
An embodied video workshop where Geneviève opens with a transmission that unpacks the core themes from the ground up, the kind of framing that gives the exercises real context. From there she moves you through three practical modules. The first is an energetic calibration and visioning exercise designed to reconnect the self with the soul at the level of the body, not just the mind. The second is the first spiral of her embodied alchemy framework in simplified, step-by-step terms, giving you a clear and practical way to orient to your patterns and start setting the rules of your own game. The third layer weaves in astrological insight as an orientation tool within the framework, helping you recognise what you came here to be and adding depth to everything that came before it.
She came to yoga and breathwork through a back injury that forced her to stop and study herself from the inside out, which means she understands the gap between self and soul as a lived physical experience, not a theoretical one. Twenty years of practice, teaching, and framework building later, she brings that into everything she creates. This is built from someone who’s had to find their own way back to coherence and spent two decades helping others do the same.
Geneviève Heartt Laquerre came into this work through a back injury that stopped her corporate trajectory and forced her to actually study herself. What followed was twenty years of training in yoga, breathwork, trauma healing, and nervous system regulation, all running alongside building companies and working with integrity-led founders across the world. She founded Naïa Embodied Life Alchemy in 2013 and has since built a practitioner training academy for somatic and breathwork teachers. The people who work closely with her tend to call her the Soul Whisperer, the kind of person who makes you feel like being more honest with yourself is not only possible, it’s the most natural next move.
