Beginner Shadow Work and Beginner Mirror Work are two three-hour courses designed to be worked through in sequence, giving you the foundation and the practice to start meeting yourself at a level most people spend a lifetime avoiding. Here’s what each one covers:
- Beginner Shadow Work A deep initiation into recognising and forming a relationship with your shadow, the hidden aspects of yourself that have been running the show. You'll learn how to approach them with intimacy rather than avoidance and start building the trust that makes integration possible.
- Beginner Mirror Work The foundational practice of meeting yourself at the mirror, your sacred space, your music, your multidimensional self. Covers moving energy, becoming magnetic, working with the elements, and the alchemical process of seeing yourself more completely.

Meet Shanti
Sister Shanti is the Co-Founder and Dean of Magic at The Great Mystery School, where she has guided thousands of people through shadow work, mirror work, and astrological soul mapping since 2020. Her current 12-week mirror work cohort has 550 women moving through it simultaneously, which tells you everything about the impact of her approach. She’s an astrologer, trained in the Feminine Arts and intuitive perception, and the kind of teacher who points you back to yourself rather than making you dependent on her.
