Excuse any glitches along the way, we're building this in real time, just like you
This work is designed as a daily practice. The kind that builds a new habitual nature in your nervous system over time so that when life gets loud, you have somewhere quiet to come back to.
Maybe, like me, you’re doing the work, and sometimes you’re still triggered AF. Maybe you find yourself pulled back into reactivity, exhaustion, or that low-grade dissociation where you realise you haven’t taken a real breath in minutes? Geneviève doesn’t start with the breath technique. She starts with the drop-in, because before you can regulate, you need to know where you actually are.
You’re mid-scroll, catch yourself and realise you’ve been holding your breath. No? Just me? Okay. Maybe you leave a situation feeling depleted and you can’t figure out exactly what happened. Or you do the practices, feel regulated for an hour, step back into the chaos, and your whole system floods again. The practices are working. The world is just very loud. What this workshop builds is not a perfectly regulated state but a deeper baseline and a faster return, so the floods get shorter and the anchor gets stronger.
You saw what happened in the video on the previous page and you’ll understand what this workshop is for. Geneviève slowed the whole conversation down and Chris’s nervous system followed. That’s co-regulation in action. This workshop is her teaching you how to do that for yourself. She moves you through transmission and embodiment practice in sequence, so every concept lands in the body before you move to the next one. By the end you have a morning practice, a nighttime reset, a drop-in tool, a scanning exercise, and a quantum field practice that works at the speed of the breath.
Most breathwork activates the sympathetic nervous system first and then brings it back down. Geneviève noticed years ago that for a lot of people, especially those already running on adrenal fatigue, that’s the last thing a fried system needs. She built her approach around something more feminine, more blooming from the inside, techniques that open the door to regulation without adding more stress to get there.
Geneviève Heartt Laquerre came into this work through a back injury that stopped her corporate trajectory and forced her to actually study herself. What followed was twenty years of training in yoga, breathwork, trauma healing, and nervous system regulation, all running alongside building companies and working with integrity-led founders across the world. She founded Naïa Embodied Life Alchemy in 2013 and has since built a practitioner training academy for somatic and breathwork teachers. The people who work closely with her tend to call her the Soul Whisperer, the kind of person who makes you feel like being more honest with yourself is not only possible, it’s the most natural next move.
